Media

In the Media Center our mission is to teach information skills within the framework of the curriculum and to provide materials and services that support the instructional program, as well as quality literature for recreational reading.

We have parents and staff working in partnership to strive to build a media program that provides literary excellence and technological proficiency.

Highlights of the year include:

  • Fall Scholastic Bookfair
  • Read-Ins (Fall and Spring Reading Activities) 
  • Read Aloud Week (January)
  • Spring 2 for 1 Bookfair

We enjoy assisting students to locate books, supporting the curriculum by providing lots of reading materials and access to computers, and helping children learn to be good "Digital Citizens" in our ever-changing world of technology.
