My name is Miss Thiebaut (pronounced T-bow, like Tim Tebow) and I am SO excited to be on the Traut 1st grade team! I started volunteering at Traut on a weekly basis during my senior year of high school and was lucky enough to student teach in Mrs. Doherty's 1st grade classroom in the fall of 2017. During the spring of 2018, I worked as a special education paraprofessional at Putnam Elementary. I am grateful to be back at Traut and work alongside the amazing staff and families! I feel truly lucky to be pursuing a career I’m passionate about.
I have 3 brothers and 1 sister. My 2 youngest brothers both attended Traut.
Traut's five pillars truly show why students at Traut Core Knowledge School are SO successful. I've been spending time at Traut over the last six years and have created lifelong relationships with staff, families, and students. I love that the core knowledge curriculum allows for flexibility and creativity. Students are eager to learn and take charge of their learning at Traut! It is a blessing to call Traut my home!
I enjoy outdoor activities, camping, hiking, listening to live music, dancing, traveling, shopping, and spending time with family, friends, and my Springer Spaniel.
My favorite children books are Dragons Love Tacos, Wonder, and Parts.
Every child deserves a champion - an adult who will never give up on them, who understands the power of connection and insists that they become the best that they can possibly be. - Rita Pierson
